The first American-born coach in the North American Soccer League. In addition to coaching the St. Louis Stars in the 1969 and 1970 NASL seasons, Kehoe also was coach of the U.S. National Team in World Cup qualifying in 1972. Had earlier been a star player for years with St. Louis’ Kutis powerhouse and was captain of the U.S. National Team in World Cup qualifying in 1965. Inducted in 1989.
