Don Phillipson

Secretary of the Colorado state association from 1970 to 1978 and a vice president of the U.S. Soccer Federation from 1975 to 1977. During his years as secretary of the Colorado association, Phillipson completely revised the structure and operation of the organization, particularly in the area of communication between the association and the state’s teams and players. Inducted in 1987.
