Leader of several major soccer organizations in southern California. Duff was president of the Greater Los Angeles Soccer League beginning in 1953 and president of the California-South State Association beginning in 1959. Had served as secretary of both of those organizations before becoming president. Began his off-the-field soccer career as manager of Los Angeles Magyar AC, one of the teams for which he had played. Inducted in 1972.
