A longtime Illinois soccer official. Kracher served in a variety of administrative positions with the National Soccer League of Chicago, the Illinois state association, the United States Soccer Football Association and the Chicago Mustangs and Chicago Sting of the North American Soccer League. Was chairman of the U.S. Soccer Federation National Soccer Hall of Fame Selection Committee from 1995 to 1999. Inducted in 1983.
