An organizer of teams and leagues in Massachusetts and elsewhere in New England. Foulds, who was born in England and emigrated to the United States from Canada in 1909, was president of the Massachusetts state association and was involved in promoting games between Massachusetts teams and teams from Quebec and New Brunswick. The father of fellow Hall of Famer Sam T.N. Foulds. Inducted in 1953.
